On Wednesday, February 15th, approximately 40 residents of the Villages at Ironwood attended a presentation and Q&A by Steve Dunn of Steelwave. After playing a short video and going through a presentation about the project, Steelwave answered a number of questions from the Ironwood residents. Those questions and responses are provided here.
The next step will be to encourage City Council to prioritize planning for this project at its March 14th Priority List/Work Plan public workshop. As discussed on the 15th, the area immediately east of the Villages at Ironwood (and currently within Alameda County, not the City of Pleasanton) would be the first phase of any future development. We encourage residents to let City Council know that you support planning for this area now to ensure local control and an opportunity for input from Ironwood residents.
