City Council Prioritization Request
Our objective in providing this detailed summary of the proposed project is to communicate to the City Council the merits of this project so that its planning can again become a priority for the City. Acceptance by Council that our proposed Neighborhood Plan warrants formal review is just a first step in the public engagement process.
Through thoughtful and proactive planning, the former East Pleasanton quarry and industrial areas can be slowly transformed into a desirable extension of the existing Pleasanton community, with infrastructure improvements, recreational amenities and chain of lakes access that will benefit the city and Pleasanton residents for generations to come.
